Tuition & Payment (September – May)
- 30 minute lessons Monthly tuition – $112 due by the first lesson of each month.
- 45 minute lessons Monthly tuition – $168 due by the first lesson of each month.
- Tuition is all inclusive and includes:
- Studio expenses
- Lesson planning and preparation
- Materials and supplies
- Piano recital costs
- Music educational games
- Teaching Aids
- School year tuition is divided evenly into a flat rate of 9 equal payments. Every student is scheduled for 36 lessons between Sept. and May. Tuition reserves your time slot in the studio schedule and remains consistent regardless of the number of lessons attended.
- Payment can be made by cash, check or Venmo (@StarlaMinner).
Rescheduled Lessons & Cancellations
- Between September and May, there will be no refunds or credit for any lessons that the student misses unless I have to cancel the lesson and it can’t be rescheduled.
- If a student has to cancel a lesson, a rescheduled lesson may be provided upon request if I am notified at least 24 hours in advance. I am only able to accommodate rescheduled lessons during my teaching hours when other students cancel and there is an opening.
- Exceptions will be made in case of sudden illness or medical emergency.
Summer Lesson Payment (June – August)
- My summer tuition policy is set up differently because of students’ vacations and camps.
- Please pay at the first lesson of each month – June, July and August – and only pay for the lessons you attend.
Spring Piano Recital
- All students are encouraged to participate in our annual Spring Piano Recital which is located at Whitewater Crossing Christian Church.
- This is a fun time to perform in front of families and friends and also to hear other students’ performances.
